All of our Chameleon Glass pipes ship from two U.S. locations. Depending on availability, your order will ship from Next Bardo Online Head Shop located in Oregon or direct from Chameleon Glass located in Arizona. Orders of multiple Chameleon Glass products may require that your order be shipped in more than one package. If so, you will receive a shipping confirmation for each package once they are packed up, labeled, and ready to ship out.
▪ Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Our business days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. In the unlikely event that your order is substantially delayed for any reason, you will be contacted by a representative.
▪ All domestic orders for $25.00 or more ship for free. Most orders that qualify for free shipping will ship via USPS First Class Mail or UPS Ground.
