Return Policy
What is your return policy?
Because we want your experience to be as smooth and stress-free as possible, Next Bardo will accept returns for almost any reason. If your product arrives defective or damaged, if your package is lost during delivery, if you receive the wrong item or even if you simply change your mind we will be happy to accommodate a quick and easy return or exchange.
Two things to note:
- You must contact Next Bardo within seven days of receiving your package to qualify for a return. If we do not hear from you within seven days of package delivery we will not be able to honor a return, refund or exchange.
- We cannot provide a return, refund or exchange if your item has been used. There are no exceptions to this policy, so please look over your item carefully before using it.

What if an item arrives broken or defective?
We take great precautions to ensure products are carefully picked, checked for quality and packaged correctly. It is rare that an product does not arrive to the customer in the same flawless condition it left us in.
However, In the unlikely event you receive a broken, defective or incorrect product please contact Next Bardo at customerservice@nextbardo.com within seven days of the receipt of your package.
- You must provide your name and order number, and a clear photo of the damaged/defective item as well as the packaging.
- Next Bardo will replace the broken or defective item with a functional unit at no additional cost. If the item is not available we will issue a full refund.
- Next Bardo may request that you send back the damaged or defective product. If so, you will be provided a prepaid label.
What if my package is lost during shipping or never delivered?
Next Bardo will honor any lost or never received order with proper documentation of non delivery and confirmed receipt of sale. This is covered by insurance that is placed on every order.
What if USPS tracking says my package was delivered, but I still have not received it?
This is rare, however it has happened. In the case that tracking shows your item was delivered, but you have not received it, we may need to issue an insurance claim with USPS prior to issuing a refund. What happens if my package is returned to sender?
In the event your package is returned to us due to an invalid or incorrect address, you can choose to have it reshipped to an alternate or corrected address. You will be charged for the cost of the return postage.
Do you offer exchanges? What if I just changed my mind, can I still return my item?
- Yes. If for any reason you would like to exchange your item for another product of equal value we are always happy to accommodate your request. We can only offer products currently in stock as an exchange.
- If you simply changed your mind and would like to return your item for a refund that is also quite alright. However, if the return or exchange is requested simply because you changed your mind or placed your order by mistake, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Can I return a used item?
There is no situation, ever, under which we would accept the return of a used product. We are unable to accept returns of any item if it has been used. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Do you charge for return shipping? Restocking fee?
We do not charge a restocking fee. If an item arrived damaged, defective or if an incorrect item was shipped, we will provide you with a return label at no charge. If you are exchanging or returning an item because you changed your mind or made a mistake when you placed your order, you will be responsible for return shipping charges.
How long does it take for a refund to be issued?
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, a refund will be authorized immediately. Once the refund is authorized with our processor, It can take several business days for the funds to clear back into your account. This time period varies by financial institution. Please allow at least 4 business days before contacting us in regards to your refund if it has already been authorized.
