How much does shipping cost?
We offer standard and expedited shipping as well through UPS & USPS. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout. If your order does not qualify for free shipping or if you choose to expedite shipping, your shipping costs will be presented at checkout.
Please note: The customer is responsible for any and all duties, taxes, or customs fee's imposed by the destination country.
We ship to an ever-growing list of countries around the world. We offer UPS delivery only for international orders. Shipping prices vary for international orders. You will be presented pricing during checkout when you select your country. If you find that shipping is not available to your country on our site, it means we do not currently ship to your country. We apologize for the inconvenience. We hope to ship to every country and we are working to make that feasible.
How long until my order ships?
As a policy, we allow 1-2 business days handling time, that said, most orders ship within 24hrs (excluding weekends and holidays). In the unlikely case that there is a delay in shipping your order, you will be contacted by a representative with an explanation and options for navigating the situation.
How long until I receive my order?
The timelines below are estimates, not guarantees. Generally speaking, these estimates are on spot, however, occasionally shipping can take longer than anticipated. If the shipping times below have been exhausted and you still have not received your order, please contact us so we can look into the situation.
Shipping times vary per country. The most common shipping method for international orders is UPS Standard shipping which can take anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks depending on the destination. You can calculate accurate international shipping times online at ups.com.
Do you offer discreet packaging?
Yes, all packages are shipped in unmarked Tan mailers/boxes or standard USPS Priority boxes with a return address of Next Bardo, LLC
Will my order require a signature?
Maybe... If you are a new customer, we must verify that you are 21+ years of age in order to fulfill your order. If we are unable to verify your age prior to shipment, your package will require an adult signature (21 years of age or older) upon delivery. If you are a returning customer whos age has already been verified, your package (in most cases) will not require a signature.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to Canada, Australia and many other select countries around the world. If you do not see your country listed when entering your shipping address at checkout, we unfortunately do not support shipping to your country.
