Product Description & Features:

-Choose from our selection of gift bags.

-Each purchase is for one gift bag with one (to/from) tag attached.

-The dimensions of all our gift bags are posted on both the product image and on the menu. Please make a note of the dimensions of the bag you choose. You'll need to be sure the items you purchase will fit into the bag. If they do not fit, we will either use a different, larger bag, or a wrapped box if an appropriate size bag is not available. (The charge will remain the same).

**After choosing your bag, please leave us instructions

-Leave a note in the "notes" section of this page detailing who the gift is being given to and who it is from (we will fill out the tag for you). If you do not want the tag filled out then simply leave the notes section blank or leave a note telling us to leave the tag blank.

-We can ship separate gifts simultaneously to multiple locations inside the United States, however, if you need your order split up and shipped to several locations please be sure to purchase a bag for each location. We will also need very thorough notes with shipping instructions and a valid phone number in case we have questions.

-PLEASE NOTE Some larger items will not fit into any of our available gift bags. If we don't have a bag to fit your item(s), or if you'd rather have your gift wrapped, we also offer wrapped boxes that can accommodate any of our products or combination of products. -Most orders ship within one day (24 hours) excluding weekends and holidays. In the unlikely event that your order is substantially delayed for any reason, you will be contacted by a Next Bardo representative.

-Orders of $25.00 or more ship for free via USPS First Class Mail (U.S. Only)

-Orders of $50.00 or more ship for free via USPS Priority Mail (U.S. Only)

-All orders under $25.00 will incur real-time shipping charges generated by the shipping carrier of your choice during the checkout process.

-We offer shipping via USPS or UPS. You will be presented with all available shipping options and prices (including expedited shipping options) during the checkout process.

-We ship to international locations via UPS only at this time. Currently, we ship to Canada, Australia, and several other select countries outside of the U.S. If your country is not listed at checkout then we do not presently support shipping there.

The most important thing to note prior to using your new product is that under NO circumstance are we able to accept a return of a used product. Given the nature of the products we sell, it could quite possibly be prohibited under federal law to do so. If you have used your product, please understand that there are NO exceptions to this policy.

That said, in every other circumstance we are quite flexible in regards to returns, refunds, and exchanges.

If you'd like to request a refund, return, or exchange, please contact Next Bardo via email at: customerservice@nextbardo.com within 7 days of the delivery of your package. Please provide the following information with your emailed request:

-First and last name
-Order number
-Phone number
-Reason for your request

If the item is damaged or defective please include a detailed description of the damage and if applicable, a clear picture of the damage described.

Once your request is received you will be contacted (usually within one business day) by a representative with instructions on how to proceed.
